Completely Unprofessional Credit Union!!!
My wife and I set up auto pay for a vehicle loan two months ago, and provided a proof of insurance declaration. We were assured that all necessary documents were processed properly. Two months later, we are being threatened with an unsolicited auto insurance payment! Seems like a scam, as we are not receiving answers from the branch office. I think that I'll contact Federal regulatory officals to start an investigation into Coast Hills activities. It looks like they may be secretely, and illegally, adding to the balance of customer's loans! Check your account history carefully!Consumers beware! Do not use Coast Hills!!!

Coast Hills Credit Union is a very reputable financial institution. It helps their employees care about face to face interactions. Kasey had no issues helping me with all of my banking issues. As Coast Hills Credit Union remains a fine and reputable financial institution across the board, the San Luis Obispo location employees one of the most well-versed, in-depth, knowledgeable, and patient staff I have ever worked with.
