I see a lot of reviews from landlords but hardly any from tenants and as a tenant I must say they have been the absolute WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! I wish I had never moved into the property that I rent now and can't wait to be completely done with them! This has been the worst experience and another tenant of theirs tried to warn me when I was dropping my deposit off but I try to get my own opinion of people but I absolutely should have listened! And also I wouldn't trust Mary at all she also released the landlords credit card information to me I'm sure with out her permission as well as the card information for Cobb and co when there was a sewer back up in the house only two weeks after I moved in! And I have been dealing with harassment intimidation tactics and retaliation from them! If anyone would like more details I have plenty of documentation of the nightmare I have faced with this company! I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give negative 10 stars I would!!! If you are a tenant I would highly suggest avoiding this company! I don't ever right reviews but this was well deserved! I'm sick of dealing with this company the house doesn't feel like a home because of them and I'm just ready to leave!!

I cannot say enough great things about Cobb&Co, especially working with Mary! I decided to rent out my house instead of selling it when I moved to Atlanta to open a pottery studio. Initially, I thought I could manage everything myself to save money, but I’m so glad my insurance company required me to find a property manager. That’s when I found Mary, and WOW—what a difference!

Mary has been managing my property for the past year, and her professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding. She was always quick to respond to texts and emails, which made communication effortless. Even though I initially found the tenants, I didn’t know them personally, so when issues arose, Mary stepped in and handled everything. From resolving utility mix-ups to fixing a toilet that wouldn’t flush, Mary took care of it all, allowing me to focus on my new venture without any added stress.

Mrs. Mary at Cobb & Co. is an absolute joy! My husband and I were desperately searching for a home for our upcoming PCS. We were interested in one of the listed properties, but unfortunately, there was already an approved application in. However, Mrs. Mary took time out of her day to help find and sent us other homes through other property management companies to contact. We thought this was so so kind of her!
