They never answer the phone , nor get a hold of anyone . And most of the listings that say "Available" THEY are Not available.. and those posts do not get removed from the web pages, just creates hopes for people..please do better

They never provided any maintenance to the property, only raised the rent. With less than 30 days notice they evicted us because: "the property owner decided they wanted to take possession of the property". Not only they did not offer any act of restoration, they permanently harassed us during those 30 days "to ensure the owner will have the property clear". Basically you are not a person to them, only a number in a balance sheet they can erased with a click. Stay away from them.

I have been renting apartments in So. California for 15+ years and I can easily say that Cochrane is the best property management company I've ever dealt with... I've been living in one of their apts for over 3 years and I couldn't be happier with them. I live in a place that is over 100 years old and I surprising haven't had many issues with the property; every time I've needed maintenance done, Blanca gets back to me right away and always after the maintenance is completed, someone contacts me to make sure everything is fixed and I am happy. The main reason that I have not had a lot of maintenance issues with the place I am currently in, is because Cochrane uses amazing contractors. The plumbers, the electricians, the cleaners and the landscapers are top notch, so when something needs attention, it is done right. I highly recommend Cochrane Property Management...

I have rented an apartment from Cochrane Property Management in Lompoc for a year and half. I have had a wonderful experience living at the apartment. When ever I put in a work order, they got back to me promptly and the work was completed quickly. When ever I reach out with questions they answer me the same day. My kids and I really enjoyed living at the apartment and appreciated the service.

Cochrane is very accommodating property management company. They took care of our every need and were very kind, helpful, and respectful. Our move in and move out process was extremely easy. Keep the place clean and in the same state it was when you move in, and you’ll get your entire deposit returned to you. The only thing I knocked one star off for was whenever we called their office, nobody would answer. However, they are all very responsive via email so that’s the best route to contact them. Overall, a great experience!

My Fiancé and I highly recommend Cochrane Property Management. We rented an apartment from them in Lompoc and had a really good experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and professional the entire time. They promptly resolved any issues we had. They provided great customer service, even emails were returned in a timely manner. Any time we called they were friendly, they listened to us(very important) and responded appropriately. Marisol, Maggie and Sarah were especially helpful to us. If we ever move back to the area again, we will definitely rent from them again. They know how to do their job well and really are a superb group.

Cochrane pm is one of the most wonderful management company I've ever got. they are nice, fast and do perfect job. All the units I checked out including the one I actually lived in were nice, clean and reasonable price.
Most of them also have free wifi and only 6 months lease. So, long term or only 6 months, whatever you are looking for right now, it should work for you.
I highly recommend Cochrane pm.
