As an elderly disabled senior female, limited income with no hope of a pay increase, I feel unappreciated. I understand everything has increased and all the storms has caused a lot of claims and everyone has to absorb the costs. But, I can not afford to pay almost 100 dollars increase. I called and did not feel valued at all. I am looking to change, which I really hate change, but it will be for my car and my house. I feel like my age and credit score and driving record should speak volumes. No tickets, accidents or claims, excellent credit score should eliminate the need to a driving course. But nope. I guess they have enough customers and don’t want or need my business.

I’ve been with Allstate for several years now and I truly have nothing bad to say. I hit two deer on two different motorcycles. One totaled and they payed it off no questions asked. The other I still have. The deer that I hit on it busted the fairing and done some other minor damages. They paid to fix it no hassle or questions asked. My son hit a deer with his new mustang and they are in the process of fixing it now. Truly satisfied with our Allstate bunch. But wish the deer would leave us alone. . Thank you Cody Coffey. I truly appreciate all that you and your crew have done for us.
