We worked with Rhonda to sell our house during the summer of 2022, which was a wild time to be buying or selling. Rhonda kept closely in touch with market shifts, kept us well informed, and helped us price and adjust pricing to maximize the market-supported sale price of our home.

So I rented from these folks. When I moved in the place was a mess. A stack of leaves in one of the bathrooms from the exhaust fan. Electrical issues and loose bricks in the steps of the home causing a tripping hazard. Other issues with cleanliness as well like a moldy dishwasher because the unit had been vacant for a while. I was told they weren't cleaning anything and I should just move in. Then all the bathroom sinks leaked. Well waited for a plumber for 5 days before they fixed that. It took even longer to get the bricks in the steps and electrical fixed. The plumbing would have major issues several more times during my tenancy. I would have to wait more than 72 hours for help each time. Including a time when the valve to the hot water heater was stuck shut in January. Because of the holiday they conveniently didn't check email or return my calls for 4 days. So I went almost a week without hot water in the winter time. Another time the main outside broke. Again took 3 days to send someone. When it was time to move out they expect you to hand the place back in better condition than you got it. Their move out sheet says the place should be able to pass 'the white glove test'. Forget the fact it doesn't pass that test when you move in. Oh and you have to pay to get the carpets cleaned as well. Regardless of whether you have pets or not. So you spend $400 to get the place cleaned and carpets cleaned. Then when it's time to get your deposit back they nit pick every little thing in order to keep as much of it as they can. Oh, and as soon as your lease is up and you are a month to month tenant they arbitrarily raise the rent 10%. Forget the fact you pay on time every month. So I gave my notice shortly after that. They turned around and rented the place for less then they raised my rent to. Bottom line is that they have very little to no regard or respect for their tenants. Once the contract is signed you are pretty much on your own because they will do the absolute bare minimum required by law if you have problems.

Everyone seemed nice until we went to view the house. We were given the run around for almost 2 weeks and then told that despite meeting all the qualifications they couldn't rent to us because my husband worked out of state. The woman that i spoke to said the property owners set that stipulation. She made it seem as if all of the property owners had this rule. She then told me the company was not a good fit for my family. I still have no clue what she meant by that. When my brother called to ask about this rule he was told there was no such rule. He also asked to speak to Dottie, one of the co owners, and was repeatedly told she was busy. I really don't want to believe that race played a part in the decision to not rent to us but the tide definitely changed once we met in person. I was told to call at 9:30 am but when I called there was no one to show the house until noon and noone seemed to know whether the house was still available. The woman who met us at the house was the receptionist and kind of just stood around while we ambled through the house. She was very nice but she didnt really know anything about the property. The whole process was just bad. I wish i could give less than one star.

I rented a house with this property manager for about a year. They were easy to work with and I got what ai expected of my deposit back. 10/10, would rent from again.

I have a friend that brought a new house from them and the agent is so bad and never give my friend all of the keys to his new place and all he wants is the keys and then he will move on and live happy in his new home . So this company is not very good business they need to make sure they have all the keys for people buying there homes from them at the time of purchase. I will never buy from this company

This place is ran by used car salesman. Do not make my mistake and rent from this place. I promise you these good reviews that you are reading about property management are from their family or friends.
