Raquel Trujillo managed our rental property for several years. She was FANTASTIC; she got things done very quickly and thoroughly, and had a solution for every issue that arose with the property (repairs, renter selection, document processing, etc.). Eventually we chose to sell the house to pursue other investments, but I never would have left otherwise. She was great!

My property in Victorville has been managed with them over 10 years. The manager Michelle is a professional and nice worker. She treated us, either the owner or the tenant, like her family members. Once the tenant has a need, she will inspect it on the spot and notify me immediately to arrange a solution. So my property has remained intact for many years. And my rental income rate is also 100%, I don't have to worry about it anymore. I'm glad to have their service. I believe that landlords who want to save trouble will definitely need them too.

I’ve been with Aaron Idouchi, Barbara Idouchi, and his property management team for 20yrs in the California high desert. Michelle has been my property manager for so many years that I can't remember how long it has been. I don't live in the area where my property is located so Michelle has been very helpful in making sure all of the city ordinances are met as well as insuring all maintenance is performed. Her service I am most grateful for was finding a long term tenant who has been respectful and non-abusive towards the property.
