Would not give any stars I am African American and I was told on 3 occasions that I was approved to lease a space and the landlord had the lease and as soon as it was signed by him I could move into the commercial space on the 4th call I was told that another party was interested in the space I said we already agreed 2 weeks ago on the lease terms and you gave me the space then Jack proceeded to say well we are trying to decide who is better. So the Caucasian tenant won imagine that!!!!

509 Enterprise Drive 3rd Floor Women's Restroom - I called Colliers to tell them their is a sewage gas leak because the bathroom stinks and I can smell it at my desk some days. I left in February. Just got a text from old co-worker saying she almost quit because of the stinky bathroom today. This bathroom has been stinking for over a year. Maybe they would send someone to fix if they had to smell it all day.
