If any other branches of Comerica Bank would operate like this branch I would not open 5 accounts with them. Business hours on the door at the entrance mean NOTHING. They are closed for lunch at 1:00 pm every business day. The door is locked at 4:56 pm and refused to serve the customer.

Don't know what the first review is about. Love is bank! Personal and business account through this Bank have had zero problems! Everything is quick and easy and done with a smile!

I went to deposit money in the branch on August 2 and just as the transaction was completed, it was discovered that the receipt printer wouldn't submit a receipt.

I told the agent and the branch manager, Heather, who came up to see what was happening. The agent offered a hand written receipt which I accepted. I told them it's not my problem your printers malfunctioned. The branch manager said "That's not a nice thing to say" when I told her she should check the printers to make sure they're working so something like this doesn't happen. I shoot straight when I'm not happy. Too bad they can't take that. She tried to cover her tracks and say "We can't control when our printers go down." Oh and that with an attitude.

A few days later, I was there to deposit cash money into my account via the virtual teller ATM when the system crashed. I went to the other virtual teller ATM and they said it was being worked on. Fast forward to this morning (Monday) and I called the 1-800 number and they said they'd escalate the issue.

That having been said, I like banking with Comerica. They're generally good, but I won't be visiting this branch. I'll drive out of my way to another branch based on the branch manager's attitude, which completely sucks.

Avoid this place its a fraud funds were deposit and they dont allow acces to the money been over a month now nothing has been resolved due to fraudulent practices on their behalf avoid by all means they will steal your money literally

My son's monthly Social Security disability checks are deposited to a debit card with this bank. So I go to the bank once a month and withdraw all the funds because otherwise after the first withdrawal each transaction is .85¢ and I don't like having to pay to get money out of the bank even if it is only .85¢. That's the only banking I do here so my needs are few

It's been 2mo since our switch and I am in awe of the service at this bank. I've had personal dealings with Mia & Stephen both of which went out of their way to help me. They've met with us last minute with time pressing trust/estate issues and helped us navigate some lengthy paperwork that needed immediate notarizing. I can't recommend this Comerica location enough. In a time when personal service is leaving the banking industry, this branch's customer service is thriving. Kudos guys!

Very friendly. Everyone is great. Always smiling. But so much problems. First of all I didn't get a debit card untill 3 months later. And the temp checks are basically useless. No one accepts them. Setting up the online account was a nightmare because my information was ALWAYS wrong. I'm a pretty sure I know my own name. And after a couple months of not using the account they just completely closed it. Not even put on hold. Just gone. If I was to reactivate the account I was to pay 57 dollars. I came back days later to pay but only to find out that was not happening. they decided to keep my direct deposits. And when I asked for my money back. They said they will send out a check. It's been over a month now. Still haven't seen it. Thanks for robbing me Comerica.

Got my check. Was called to come in and grab it. It was a written check. A week after this review. Still curious as to why I couldn't get a written check the day I was having all these problems.
