The staff is very friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious for an apartment. I absolutely loved the balcony. My son loved to play on the play ground just about everyday. He also loved to receive candy from the office. Also The windows are so big. My plants thrived in that apartment.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. My partner and I were trying to get an apartment here for over a year. Had to fill out the application 3 different times, which also meant $150 total in application fees. We put up with way more than we should have. Lack of communication, the only way we could talk to them was by driving almost 3 hours all the way to their office because they never answered the phone. Whitney had our hopes really high by telling us that she had an apartment lined up and ready for us. We were extremely patient and friendly throughout the entire process, and after all of that we got rejected due to our income being slightly too high. I put off college for a year because of them. Lovely apartments, but extremely poorly managed. If a new manager takes over or they hire more staff, I would definitely recommend them.

Just moved in and the whole process was super easy! Whitney was awesome working with me as I was moving from wheatland so she was very understanding and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and so perfect for me and my son! Highly recommend talking to Whitney if you’re trying to find an apartment! Not to mention this is my first time living on my own so I’m very pleased with how easy the whole process was

I’m a student and also expecting. They wouldn’t even think about letting me even apply for an apartment because of being a student and pregnant. That was literally their only reason. The lady immediately turned me away. I have a feeling it’s due to the car I was also driving.

My husband and I have lived here for over 5 years and have never had a complaint. The apartments are nice and clean, well insulated and bright. They are larger that most of the apartments in Laramie. Not only are the apartments nice but so are the people who live here. We have made many friends here and so have our children. Some of the perks are awesome! The playground on site, garages for extra storage, gardens,and bike racks. When my husband graduates we will be SO sad to leave!

I applied for a two bedroom apartment over a month ago, and gave the office more than enough time to put me on a wait list or something. I was very patient in waiting for a response about any progress, but there was nothing. I learned a few days ago, after calling; My application hadn't even been looked at, and they were completely forgetful about all of my information, meaning they didn't think to write down my move in date. This place is a joke. My experience with this place was terrible, so I can't even imagine what it's like to live here. I want my application money back, because it wasn't even looked at. This was a waste of my time and money.

I love the people at Connemara. It's family friendly, with caring management and neighbors, a great playground and beautiful apartments. I live on the third floor because I love the view. I know they are working in improvements to be more bicycle friendly and improve parking so soon it'll be a five star review

Whitney is absolutely amazing!! I went with my sister to look at an apartment and Whitney is so knowledgeable, friendly and professional!!! The apartments are well kept and cute! Definitely check these out!
