I've been a commercial tenant of Co-operative Property Management Inc. for over four years. The building I rent is an older Victorian, charming in many ways, but often needs maintenance. CPM Inc. responds to my maintenance requests quickly and repair people are skilled, kind, and clean. I am very happy renting office space here.

I also began renting a duplex for my daughter and I from CPM Inc. a year ago and I am having the same easy and professional relationship. My repairs are done in a timely manner and recently they were able to resolve some neighborhood disputes I was having. I would highly recommend CPM Inc. as a professional and efficient property management.

This management company is anything but cooperative; they were unprofessional, unresponsive, and a total waste of time.

We found a listing we liked that they posted on Craigslist - no photos - and bent over backwards to go see it at 9:30AM on a Tuesday morning when they would show it to us. We applied immediately, and they informed us we were approved, but were heading on a week long vacation, and we could sign a lease when they returned. They said they wouldn't be showing the property to anyone else in the meantime.

We respected their vacation time, and followed up the day before they returned to set things into motion for the lease signing. They shoved us off for a week, re-posted the property with photos to all the listing sites, and informed us on Friday they signed with another tenant.

It was a total waste of our time, and completely unprofessional. I am thankful not to be in a lease with a property manager that conducts themselves this way.
