Had cotton state for 21 years had a term life policy came to term a year ago kept paying premium even after it went up went from 27.00 to 124.00 a month went up again decided to get a new quote "select quote" called wanted to do a 100,000 dollar policy had to have an examine by nurse well did not pass exam but they took out my premium was told if they took your money out of Bank account you had been approved so we called cotton state and cancelled our policy 2 days later the other company put our money back saying we were denied coverage called cotton state to make a long story short they denied to reinstate our policy. We had coverage for 20t years this is how they treaed us.Just wanted people to be aware before they choose them for life insurance I felt like they treated us unfairly.
