Courtney Morrow's office staff is attentive to all of my insurance needs. They notify me of any changes that State Farm is making on my policies and they understand my insurance needs. Bailee in the office met with me personally in her office, and she understood my questions and were able to answer them at the time of the visit. Also, I had a fender bender over a year ago, and it was super easy dealing with State Farm. I called Courtney's office after hours, and they responded right away.
