I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a management service. Our neighborhood is consistently feeling harassed due to the assigned property manager Dimitrie sending letters instead of focusing on their duties. There is bird feces all over the common area which has been unaddressed and they need to be hounded to get someone to mow the common areas. They truly serve as middle managers to suck up money and barely work outside of the one inspection a month. Following that inspection they send a bunch of letters and don’t actually take care of the common areas. Members of our board have actually stepped down due to their mismanagement practices.

Community stays riddled with trash. Some things have been sitting for 3 years. E-mails go unanswered. Covenants are not enforced. But dues continue to go up.

Horrible customer service and lack of communication. I have made several attempts to call to pay my bill and no one ever answers or responds to my voicemails I leave. They not only put me in collections for past due bills, but when trying to pay the collections agency as well they keep returning my checks, saying I need to pay the HOA directly. Very messy and unorganized operation they have going on.

Lack of customer service, outdated practices, outdated documents used, no enforcement for HOA, takes your money but doesn't support HOA rules and guidelines in community, doesn't follow proper and legal practices. The most awful business I have worked with.

Great management company to work with. As a homeowner and Board member who cares about where I live; I feel Coventry Group also cares. Working with Coventry's Community Managers has been a positive experience. Brandi Green is responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend this business to manage your community.

Our community Manager Brandi, has been one of the best we have ever had. Anytime we have an issue, question or need a service, she is always responsive or tries to help. She cares about her community properties and takes pride in making sure our community has what we need and pay for! I'm glad to see our HOA dues put to good use! Recently purchased a home and it was evident the past HOA had mismanaged the property, and the recent HOA that took over had some work to do. It was much to my surprise that a few months after moving in, a long, detailed letter explaining a list of changes, enforcements, and upgrades to the community was taking place soon. This not only addressed pretty much every concern I had upon my arrival to the community, but it left me feeling like the future of said community will continue in the right direction.
