Worst place ever. Waited for an hour when I had an appointment. The lady comes out doesn’t even acknowledge my husband I helps others that arrived after us. Then proceeded to say we just arrived when she came out. I was not given proper information on what I needed to bring they would not accept any of my information I had on my phone, it had to be printed. The lady was rude and not helpful wouldn’t even let us try to get it printed out there even though we had been waiting an hour with our newborn. I do not suggest going here even if you are desperate. Definitely isn’t worth the trouble.

The lady they have working there now is very unorganized, rude and really doesn't know what she is doing.. She informs her friends personally when heating and cooling assistance is available and the rest of us have to find out the best way we can and hope there are still funds available. I have first hand knowledge of this practice and can name names.

This is the worst experience I've ever had while trying to get help!!! These people do NOT care and make you jump through hoops for absolutely no reason! Their customer service is atrocious and I don't even know why they are allowed to be in business. You're better off getting help from a chruch!
