Worse than useless, do not answer phone , do not respond to problems if they do answer, do not respond to messages, do not respond to pharmacy for refills. After 2 visits and many months nothing resolved on my health issues and no refills of my simple prescriptions for simple blood pressure and anti-inflammatory meds. Will be continuing going to Urgent Cart in another state because Longview is full of evil, nasty, vile people including those healthcare.

This experience is solely for the dentist office,new to the area and it’s my first year visiting this office and honestly it’s some of the worst healthcare service I’ve ever experienced compared to other places I’ve lived. Doctor truong is awesome and really nice and informative but the assistants are mostly rude and don’t seem to care much about the patient based on my experience, I always feel like my care is rushed to get me out as fast as possible. There’s also a lot of foul odors in the patient areas almost every time I’ve been to this dental office, my first visit it actually smelt like weed/marijuana when I was escorted to a room to be seen, and the assistant tending to my teeth smelt awful like sweat and body odor to a point it was actually hard to breathe around said person. For someone tending to my teeth and working in a hygiene field I expected better. Recent visits have not been any better so I may have to find a new dentist in the future.

Went to the dentist for the first time. Doctor was nice, assistant was absolutely awful. She told me I must not need my glasses when I started walking away from the xray machine without them (I turned right back around after a few steps).

Then when I gave her my medical history she furrowed her brow and argued about everything, say I didn't seem to have those issues. How can you tell if I have a connective tissue disorder or not by looking at me, hmm?

The doctor told me my gums were bad and I needed deep clean/planing. I scheduled it for several months out then the week of the appt they called to cancel.

I put off rescheduling for a year because I was so scared of the appt and going back to that assistant. I then scheduled it, months out again, and the day before the appt I missed a call from them. I tried to call back but they wouldn't answer.

I called a handful of times between that afternoon and the next morning (appt was at noon). At one point they did pick up but put me on hold. I was on hold for 30-45 minutes before I gave up, called back, and left a voicemail because they didn't pick up again.

I said I was afraid the missed call was another cancellation so I wasn't coming unless I got confirmation that I had the appt (at this point I was so upset I just didn't want to continue with them) and never received a call back. Not one contact since then. I've switched to Grace Dental. Their employees are super nice and knowledgeable.

My Husband has been for awhile complaining about pain with no help and he finally went to the ER and the results are 5cm mass on his kidney, if this would’ve been sooner could’ve been different. He has suffered for over 2 years with pain, Now This! 🥺

I honestly really like my doctor . The only complaint I have is how long it takes to get an appointment . Someone's 2 or 3 months out .

The bottom line is that I am happy it's here and I'm thankful for the employees. Everyone has lives and deals with things, I can only imagine the people that come in. That said, I had an amazing experience here after not seeing a doctor for over 15 years. Not to mention their male flobotamist is an absolute master of the craft.

They offer dental in the same building? Hell yes!

Anyways I have now been to this office a handful of times and each time has been fast and wonderful.

I'm seeing a lot of ONE stars of people complaining about rudeness etc....i think those people suffer from what I call "MY WORLD" Syndrome....where they don't take into consideration that employees are humans with emotions too.

A lot of people think just because it's a clinic that said clinic has to do do do for them. And that's not reality!!! Same on selfish people.

If any employees see this: YOU ARE LOVED. YOU ARE APPRECIATED. Thank you so much for what you do.

To any future patients: Just be a normal, considerate and patient person and this clinic should be wonderful for you. The staff don't OWE you anything, I've witnessed so many people try to DEMAND things. Please don't be that person.

they do fine in my experience with their treatments, but are abysmal with scheduling. I'm years overdue for my diabetic check ups and haven't had medication for over a year because of "family emergency's" getting my scheduled checkups cancelled. Even a next day visit due to some infection making half my face swell was cancelled and attempted to be pushed back *three months* till I mentioned the aforementioned Diabetic needs being way overdue.
