In looking to switch insurances, I was referred to Craig's office from a family member. Rachel spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me verifying information and subsequently explaining different aspects of our home, auto, umbrella and personal articles policies. She did a great job breaking down the choices we had for coverage and was clear with how that would affect the premium rates/deductibles. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and helped us to make decisions that best fit our needs. Ultimately, we are going to save over $1,000.00 per year on our premiums with apples-to-apples coverage in comparison to our old insurance carrier. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that Rachel provided me with today and I look forward to a long insurance relationship with this office for years to come.

If you are looking for a competent, professional insurance agency - this is NOT it.
When my wife and I signed up for home owners, personal umbrella and auto insurance policies with State Farm this agency clearly did not understand State Farm’s own policies/standards concerning insurability of homes wrt the age/condition of the home‘s roof, with the consequence that we were completely mislead and faced an imminent risk of loosing insurance coverage for our home (which is a significant portion of our retirement assets). The agent made zero efforts to apologize for putting us in an untenable situation or help us maintain our home’s insurance protection. This agency has made a complete mockery of State Farm’s motto - more like „Like an ignorant neighbor, State Farm couldn’t care less!“

I was recently in a fender bender with a State Farm customer. The customer called his agent Craig who answered all the questions we both had to proceed with our days. I was not a State Farm customer, but Craig was kind enough to answer my questions as well.
I felt so comfortable with both Craig and Rachel, they gave me their time when they did not have to answering all my questions. I was so impressed I had Rachel give me a quote for both my home and auto insurance.
Rachel spent a large amount of time with me asking and answering questions. In the end I found that even with 2 recent accidents my car insurance premium barely went up with State Farm. My existing homeowner’s insurance coverage amounts were not sufficient and almost doubled across the board with State Farm for literally pennies more.
Beside the financial savings and added protection I received from State Farm it was the personal touch that impressed me the most. Rachel was knowledgeable and took her time with me to answer every question I had and ask me important questions that had to be asked. I now actually feel comfortable knowing that I have the coverages I need and the people to help me when needed the most.
I highly recommend Craig, Rachel and their staff for all your insurance needs.
