I came here to recharge my car. I’m not here for more than 20-30 minutes at a time to recharge my car. However, the security guard harassed me to get off the property. She even took a picture of my license plate. EV recharging stations are not in enough locations as it is. The infrastructure for EVs is horrendous especially in Oakland. I wished that Cranbrook Property Management would understand the plight of EV drivers. What about this?

Very clean and safe building with a nice fitness center for employees. Great cafe with exceptional food, coffee, and smoothies. Cafe owner's are super friendly ond offer great pricing. Security staff are friendly and professional.

My allergy doctor is on the first floor. Parking is free. You might have a few rows of cars to walk through but that's okay.

The security guard at the front desk needs to be FIRED! Not only is she rude and unprofessional, she tries to use her "power" to try to intimidate you and she gets confrontational. I wasn't falling for her rent a cop attitude. She must really hate her life. Really someone who shouldn't be the face and representation of this place. I'll do my business elsewhere!
