I get quarters for laundry from cu1 and continue to get shorted or coins that aren't from within the US. They won't exchange them nor replace them, unless the rolls are opened in front of a representative. Super irritating since they accept the rolls without knowing what's inside of them and hand them out to people.

I was with Alaska USA, and then Global FCU, I got pre-approved from global to get a truck, well I sat at car lot for hours waiting with no response for 4 hours, 30 minutes to closing time we tried Credit Union 1 as I was getting fed up with Global, very quick response AND a better rate than Global (my own bank). Well I am now done with Global and am with Credit Union 1 now 100% and I couldn't be happier! More atm locations would be nice, but oh well! You guys are still awesome!

I cannot wait to get my loans paid off at this bank and I can move to another one! It used to be really good and I had no issues for years until it shut down their second location which was super convenient next to Fred Meyers. Today my paycheck has been pending and should have been posted this morning but their system went down and I have been waiting for them to post MY MONEY to MY ACCOUNT so that I can go there to the most inconvenient location across town and pull out 40 dollars so that I can pay my mortgage at AK USA. I have been told twice multiple times this morning it will be 30 minutes, it will be another 45 minutes, another hour, etc. I also hate that they got rid of their point system which was great if you needed a little extra cash if you had enough points, really made banking there worth while but not anymore.

Walked into the 1st avenue branch to handle a skip a pay worried that my auto pay was to late to cancel. Vivian at the counter not only handled my concern but also reached out to the department to stop the auto pay just for this month and handled my skip a pay for a loan. Go you Vivian and thank you very much for following through with all you said.

Definitely use to be a TON better. All the new technology that’s suppose to make it easier is not. The new atm/drive through is terrible! The employees inside are always very nice, but they never have enough of them. Haven’t been happy with them since they closed the other Fairbanks location. Just getting worse over time.

ATM has been down since last Thursday 5/13, twice this month now! Kinda ridiculous that they only have 1 ATM in town that always seems to be down. Emailed them about getting another one on the west side of town and they do not feel its what's "best" for their customers at the moment. They would rather us drive 20 minutes into town to use a ATM that never works.

I'm so tired of dealing with the loopholes of using this credit union the staff have 0 care in the world and on a regular basis some new policy they claim existed long before gets implemented one great example is the courtesy pay and how for months the employees failed to abide by the rules of the actual program and allowed it to be pulled without going above 0 then claim months down the line we are at risk of loosing it die to their neglect towards their own policies I've never had a credit union so absurd with their ways and lack of ability to be transparent and honor their own policies

The staff has alway's been super friendly, and as helpful as they can be with any of my questions/concerns. The facility has always been very clean. The recent remodeling looks excellent. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for all you do.
