Melissa Helmick has always gone above and beyond for my son. She has a positive attitude and willingness to answer any questions. The work she does is important and is so appreciated by her clients. I have worked with Creekside for the last few years. I currently have all of my auto and business insurance through them. I have worked with Stacy and Gena in the past and they were great. I currently work with Diamond and again, another wonderful experience. I have not had a bad experience when working with any of them! All 3 of them have been honest, attentive and professional. Melissa was a huge blessing during our transitions in marketplace policies, private policies and Medicare. All the transitions occurred at incredibly difficult life circumstances, she and the team worked above and beyond to ensure my particular transition fell into place and needed parties received insurance information while waiting for documentation.
