Was recently in the mental facility for three weeks and I thought I was stuck feeling bad. This wonderful staff helped rehabilitate me back to myself again and I can’t thank them enough. Thank you for all y’all do !!

6/26/23 pm, my dad came in suffering from a heart attack. All staff and the dr (don’t remember names of all) were Professional and timely in the treatment of him in his time of need. Our family is VERY THANKFUL for all of the ones that were working at that time to get him stabilized and transferred.

I'm not sure why I bothered trying this ER again but the Drs have zero care for the people seeking help. If you have a child run don't walk to a different place. The area doesn't have an urgent care option and the young Dr staff will lecture you because of their inability to take a competent guess on pediatric care and even suggest you plan ahead for your child's ailments.

To whom it may concern,

I went for Psychiatric Hospitalization recently.

I had the most positive experience my 2nd time in a mental health hospital ever.

It was my 1st time in Luverne and my 2nd time in a psychiatric care facility.

My first time was at Pensacola Baptist hospital in Florida.

I was undiagnosed at the time and I had the worst experience of my life.

However, I hear my friend has a great time there at Pensacola like I did in the Crenshaw County Medical Center.

So, I believe in "To each each their own,"

But it's always the best when you already know your mental health diagnosis.

I promise it gets easier and easier with time...

I believe the people there are very good people but they lack the equipment to be a trauma unit. The south ward produces miracles everyday and there again awesome people if you are in serious trouble always call.911 because they know where to take you and know where you need to go. They keep the hospital very clean and the food isn't to gosh darn bad at all.I lost my father here and I don't k ow if the hospital would've had better equipment or if he would had his cardiac arrest In montgomery he may have lived who kknows only the shadow knows

I have called the Billing dept multiple times, reference to a bill I received ,only to leave a message. No return calls. After calling Medicare then looking up the ICD code for the procedure the hospital coded incorrectly. It’s imperative I speak to someone regarding this .

Just gave it one Star so I could leave a comment. Worst hospital I have ever been in. No compassion at all. The only people that are friendly are at the front desk reception. I feel sorry for people that live in Crenshaw county. They don't even have a ultrasound machine. Pathethic. Most doctors offices have them.

If you are dieing do not go there I been coughing up blood and all they wanted to do is let me lay there and take some meds that's all. Go to Montgomery Baptist South or jackson some of luverne doctors don't care. So you might get you a good Dr but that's is unlikely
