I wish I could give 0 stars! The doors at the Kilby Shore apartment's are paper thin, a beaded doorway would provide more protection. My car was vandalized, I call the front office & some airhead answered & happily informed me that the security cameras are fake 😃 The doorknob to the building breaks once a month so can’t get in or out unless my boyfriend fixes it. The railing inside has been broken. I hope you believe & God, pray you don’t fall because the floor is slippery as hell & dirty all the time. Apply now!

Was a great company at first rented from them for 5 years. Became hard to reach unable to get repairs done! Not Professional at all as they lie just to try and please the renters. Will never recommend to anyone. Was great In the beginning and now they are very dishonest.

Cross Management has been responsive to our concerns as tenants for the last three years. When we call regarding maintenance, we receive calls usually within minutes from service providers. The young ladies in the office are always nice to us, and they even offer online payments that are reported to the credit bureaus.

I don’t know whether to call it not responsive or not
Professional, but this is the second time I have applied for a rental...the first property I could not get in touch with anyone and when I finally did after filling out the application I send a copy of my ID in only to be told it’s rented. That was a waste of time and an application, second property I fill the application out and low and behold I don’t see it on the site anymore. The worker told me she needed proof that it was ok for me to pay the difference on the property. I email her and her response is it was rented out today. STOP wasting people’s time. You already knew you had someone to rent the house out to so why tell me to get proof first thing in the morning and have me go through all of that only to find out you’ve rented it out! People really out here with no where to stay and y’all playing with people!
Yes that is true about the second property. But had I known that info I would have never applied. I'm mainly speaking on the first that i applied for. It remained on your website even though it was rented until I emailed and asked about it again. No worries, God Bless!

Very condescending, along with hard to reach. Submitted an application and continued to show interest in a rental house and when I asked follow up questions was told “to be honest sir I have about 30 applications before I even consider yours.” Trying to get a viewing here is more difficult than just about any experience I’ve had with any property management and I’ve rented all over the country. I guess they figure they can act however they want and have whatever policies they please in the smaller market of Suffolk. Oh well, their loss.

Very good landlord. If you are having problems with anything at the rental Mr. Cross will arrange for the issue to be resolved. Also Mr. Cross will work with you if you are having $$$ issues. Office staff is very friendly and helpful with any issue you might have, professional also.

Do what you signed up for and you have no problems. Pay on time, clean when you leave, etc. Very understanding and very nice and helpful.
