RENTER BEWARE - the 1st year living here was decent but after that you see the real horrors.

Dog owners do not pick up after dear pets, leaving a mess in the barbecue areas and common spaces.

The building management does not care if you reported a pest issue in your building. They will wait months to try to kick you out to renovate your unit. I've experienced this firsthand in building number 4. If you don't believe me, you can ask the residents here as well. Multiple residents in building 201, 18, and 4 have reported pest issues, time and time again with management failing to provide any sort of solution.

If you do manage to get someone in the apartment, they try to tell you that it's your fault. If you do decide to rent in this hell hole please make sure you move the oven and you move the dishwasher so you could really see the really crappy infrastructure

This place is great! Been living here for a couple years now. Up in the trees it’s so nice. Having a community gym is clutch. The staff also are very nice and helpful. Tony has been great with repairs at my place. Whatever issues that occur he is always quickly to respond and fix and check thoroughly.

This review is for a member on the service team, William who went above and beyond for me. I had been struggling with problems of mice getting into my kitchen from the walls and went back and forth with management for weeks before getting someone to come fix the holes in my kitchen. After the pest control cleared the kitchen to be patched they told him 2 holes near the stove. However, William decided that we also look behind the dishwasher, where we found more holes that were slightly bigger that he patched with steel wool. After the dishwasher, William also suggested I empty the cabinet under the sink so he could check there, where we found 3 HUGE holes the size that rats or even raccoons could get through. William also patched those. The only area he could not get to was next to the sink where the water heater is, which required taking the cabinets apart. Because of the amount of time and labor I put in another ticket to follow up on for that because I believe they are still able to come in, but the thoroughness and efficiency of Willam’s work has helped me sleep a bit easier at night and I will definitely be requesting that William takes care of all future requests that I put in because he does quality work and has amazing customer service. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

I absolutely Love Crystal Springs apartments, the apartments are very spacious. The complex is very nice, and extremely clean. The maintenance people have responded extremely fast to any concerns that I have had as well as being very helpful, furthermore the office girls are really nice, and have helped the process of moving in a lot easier. Definitely recommend these apartments.

I have several friends that live here. they are all unhappy with management, from unnecessary harassment, constant noise, difficult access and parking, rude employees, constant construction fixing aesthetics but no real improvement like they don't know how to spend money to help their own community but feel like they have to spend it anyway. look at the other reviews. most of the good ones are fake, like russian bots. look at the very many one and two star reviews, those read like real people at least.

I just moved in so far it has been great. The office staff is incredibly nice and responsive and made the application and move in process transparent and easy. Nooh and JuliAnn have been especially helpful. I like this apartment much more than the others I've visited. It's much more quiet and secluded, it feels much less densely populated...and right next to a park and also the new rec. center.

I enjoyed living here. The apartment I was in was recently renovated and I had no issues. The walls are thin, but for the most part my neighbors were no issue at all when it came to the noise level. The only thing that annoying were the fireworks being let off after quiet hours and car alarms going off. Aside from that, I would definitely live here again if I get the chance again.
