Ask them to file some paperwork and they never did. I ended up with a 2,000 dollar bill and they failed to follow through with the work.

We wanted a few minor changes to our Trust. We had a meeting and went over the changes we requested. We got back a draft with incorrect edits and our Trust was renamed (not what we wanted). I cancelled the process since it was obvious we were not communicating and we would be racking up more charges just to have the errors corrected. We then received a bill for $2,000. I paid the bill, but feel like I got ripped off.

Great job. Good customer service. They fitted us in for a meeting early and we were greeted by a welcoming receptionist, offered refreshments and seated. Hardly no wait to see the lawyer. Good advice too.
