I do feel like my premium is a bit high compared to what it could be with other companies, but to be honest every dealing I have with this office is so positive, friendly, and helpful that I don't ever feel that motivated to switch! They were amazing while we went through a long house purchasing process with a lot of questions, following up quickly and happily on things they didn't even need to. Even with routine situations like new vehicles, they are so helpful and personable. I feel like their recommendations are honest and fair and they'll take extra steps to make sure little things don't fall through the cracks. I've very much enjoyed working with them.
