Allstate is terrible. We filed an insurance claim after lighting struck and shorted a lot of our electronics. Allstate chose a third party to assess the damages; CRNA. They came out to the house once and rescheduled to complete the assessment another day. We called CRNA and Allstate for about a year with no one to come look. Through the course of the year, we steadily replaced our electronics through necessity and submitted receipts. We were denied because we didn't have pictures of the broken items and when we attempted to submit those, we were denied because they had CRNA create a false document listing all the times they came to the house and we were not home. We work from home; this was hardly possible. To add insult to injury, they doubled our homeowner's insurance for opening a claim. We spoke with Darryl personally. He was rude and absolute and would not help. Stay away from this awful company.

Wouldn’t give them even a star. Can never be reached when called no matter what the day or business hour. Allstate also will not let you speak to a live person when you call customer service.
