Let me start off by saying, Insurance is a scam. You pay year after year, with no return on your investment, only to one day need it and they Nickel and dime you or outright deny a claim over some fine print contingency. Always looking to find a way NOT to pay or raise a rate. All that being said, I've been with Allstate through 3 brokers at least. Excellent care and good communication. If you need to have insurance, Dave Kelley is the man to go with. It's not his fault the industry is a scam.

Dave and his partners are a real pleasure to work with. Honest, direct, and personable. They will work with you to understand your options and make sure you fulfill your objectives. I want a fair price, but most importantly I need to be adequately covered. In my experience insurance rates are about the same from company to company when you truly compare it apples to apples (all the same coverages, limits, and deductibles) ..so I'm sticking with the agent that has my trust. Not an insurance I can personally recommend. I have had 2 policies with them for years. This past June I had a car theft. Originally they were very willing to help but when it came time for billing they backed off on the agreement they had with me.

It took many hours of my time to get them to pay the full claim. I didn't actually get help until I was forced to contact the BBB. SUDDENLY they say they'll pay the claim.

Well sir, when your company says they will, then ya gotta do it!
Perhaps 32 years pretending to help people was 31 years too many.

Do not go to this insurance company. They make it clear they only want your money.

The savings I had switching to Allstate was wonderful but there is more to insurance than the cheapest price when finding the right company. My experience was awesome to say the least, I truly felt protected and at ease with the Kelley Agency. I was offered food and beverages upon arrival and even met Dave the agency owner who made me feel right at home with his professionalism and sense of humor. Corissa is the agent who worked on my policies, she was very informative and a pleasure to work with, she advised me on the proper coverage's that would fit best for me. I feel I truly am in "Good Hands" knowing i'm with honest agents who actually care about my well being opposed to just collecting a check each month.
