It would be hard for me to envision a worse experience with an agent or insurance company than the one I had with David Kaiser and American Family Insurance.
I experienced lack of advocacy, clumsy processing of claims, argumentative negotiations of claims and general lack of knowledge.
This outfit was not for me.
