American Family as a whole has declined drastically for insurance. You pay in for years but they don't want to pay out when you need it. This agency is no exception.. We had a major weather issue back in April which messed up our house. American family would not cover a large portion of it. We had to pay over 13 thousand put of pocket, even though we have been with them for over 50 years. I complained to this Agency of Dave Pucci and got a big bunch of excuses as to why. Then, after it all, they changed their policy to cover even less going forward and, raised our yearly premium on top of it. They are terrible and we looking at dropping them for another company which we already checked out that does proper coverage and put their customers first over profits for their big wigs and themselves.They are gougers only for making money on everyone. Shame on you.... Do not go with them, you will find out once you need support.

What separates one Insurance Company from all the others is "People". Dena, Allison, and Amanda are Fantastic. They are all polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and very well spoken. They are all tremendous assets to their employer, and they are excellent at what they do. People really do make the difference. Three of the best can be found at this Agency.

Cost of insurance is near criminal. Rates keep going up and coverage keeps going down. Almost to a point of unaffordability.
