Pricing is fair if not on the cheaper side, which is great for Santa Barbara and usually hard to find. The staff is laid back, easy going, good people. If you are looking to rent from them, I advice walking into their office as they will generally have places for rent that are not posted online. Been renting from them for 6+ years, and enjoy it thoroughly.

these people are unprofessional, immature, and not very helpful or kind. multiple phone calls and even emails to the apartment manager have been ignored.. calls regarding a broken oven..it was finally fixed after 5 calls /3 different visits/ and 2 months with no oven.. now we are currently being ignored about a gas leak in our apartment, and also water dripping from the apartment above us. it is not a perspective, it is fact. these guys have neglected to care about who and what they are managing.

I love the location of my apartment and the rent is good based on the area I'm in but DelMonte is so unprofessional and immature it's ridiculous. They have yet to discuss a lease with me or have my two roommates and myself sign it but they have no problem throwing all these late fees from the previous tenants on us and expecting their rent check every first of the month. They rarely answer their phone if you call between their "office hours" and from the looks of it they are most likely not busy in their office and just simply cannot answer the phone. The only way to get any sort of answer from them is by going into their office and bringing up money and then getting around to your question. These people are unprofessional, rude and slightly immature. Good luck trying to discuss anything other than paying them.

I've had nothing but good luck renting from Delmonte. The place is spotless and extremely well kept. My dogs really enjoy the fenced yard. We enjoy walking to the beach, good garage parking for our XK
