I’ve known Dempsey for many years. I’ve been a client of his for more than 10 years. It’s rare that you have a claim but it’s good to know that when you do and you need someone there on your side that you’ve got Dempsey at your disposal. I recently had a claim for a minor collision, which required some additional assistance from Dempsey and his team, I could not be happier with the service they’ve provided to me. Having an agent makes a big difference when dealing with a large insurance carrier and Dempsey is one of the very best.

I am still very pleased with Mr. Young's Allstate agency and service. I switched from another company about a year ago. Ironically, my parents and sister worked with him years ago, before I went to college, so I was insured by his agency with my very first car. I married after college and was with a different company for those 15 years. I later switched to another and was with them for the next 10 and they bumped their heads and skyrocketed astronomically. My sister mentioned that she still (after all these years) still has coverage with Dempsey and recommended I call him, so I reached out. After 30 years (we later realized it had been), he still remembered me. WOW! We chatted a bit and he was able to get me better rate than I had and it has all worked out quickly and smoothly. I appreciate his patience with me and working through getting me the coverage I needed at a comfortablly affordable rate. His professionalism and courteousness are unmatched. Thank you Dempsey Young for providing great service to my family for over 30 years!!
