My name is Vicky Jerdee. I have banked with Desert Schools for 20 plus years . I recently had a problem with my card when I used it on the Temu site. I went in the bank and Eduardo assisted me by checking my acct to make sure my card had been stopped. He was soooo kind and helpful! I LOVE DESERT SCHOOLS! THEY ARE AWESOME!

First time in. We were greeted promptly and politely. Our wait time with no appointment was less than five minutes. Our banker was Hunter and he listened carefully, commented wisely and helped us start the process to taking care of the business we came in to do. Hunter was expeditious, thorough, and got us out the door in short order. Great first experience to doing business with DFCU.

My husband and I went in to open an account and were helped by Hunter B. He was so helpful letting us know about everything the bank had to offer and any free promotions going on. Hunter was so understanding to us having two toddlers with us that he was fast and efficient making the time there go by super fast. I am so happy we switched banks!

The ATM's are out of order at this location several times a week!!! This has got to be at least the 10th time this has happened to me! I have told them many times and they just blame it on their vendor. Here is an idea, get another vendor! I dread coming to this location because I know there is a very very very high likelihood that the ATM will be down as usual. This is absolutely ridiculous. Get your act together Desert Financial!!!
