I recently used this agency to assist me in signing up for medicare and associated insurances. They were very supportive, helpful and most of all knowledgeable about the steps in the process. However things have taken a considerable turn for the worse when I asked for help in making changes to my selections. Agent Alex responded to me by telling me I should have mentioned my initial concerns during the sign-up process. I reminded him that i did bring it up and he gets back to me with a comment that he checked his notes and he sees that I did mention it, but no apology. A. Couple of days later I made an effort to call him as he was sending me these ,lengthy emails but not really addressing my concerns. He responded by telling me he was too busy to talk on the phone. That's it. No interest in helping me out at all.
