I rented from Becky for a year, and then as I was leaving she left the company and two new property managers came in. They were all wonderful. Becky was always quick to answer any questions and maintenance needs, as well as helping me out in odd situations such as accidentally locking my ID in her office and helping get in the apartment when my door handle fell off. The new landlords took care of my deposit immediately, which is not something you experience with property management offices often. They were very kind, informative, professional, and fast. Would highly recommend. I would also like to note that I lived smack in the middle of downtown, and even with that location, felt that my rent was extremely fair for such a cool spot in town.
