Nicole and her team worked for weeks on resolving an issue of not being able to transfer internally bw my accounts on the app. (a big deal bc there's no branch available where I live and had started occuring fees.) It took patience but her determination on resolving my issue made me excited that I could possibly have a resolution! I've banked with DLFCU since 2002 bc of the above and beyond experience that ppl like Nicole (and team) provides! Thank you, guys!!

My card they say is active, but unable to use! Really screwed me trying to save money by buying during Black Friday deals! I lost well over $500 in savings, not being able to purchase. The 24hr line was absolutely useless! I'll be moving everything to OZK!

My first day becoming a member of Diamond Lakes Federal Credit Union, so excited. For years, I yearned to becoming apart of this family but I was told that one had to be an employee of a workplace like Reynolds or some other high up prestigious workplace . However, after speaking to one of the bank’s personal ladies Miss Jasmine who was such a great help and so professionally inclined , she as well as her co workers were prepared to answer whatever questions were asked and their patience were over the top . Thank ladies you guy’s are the greatest.

I changed addresses and they had no problem sending my bill to the correct address but when I needed my title they sent it to the wrong address and I have not seen it! Now they want me to do all the leg work of tracking it down.
Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t use them ever again nor would I recommend them. They don’t mind taking the money but once you are done with them they could care less!

My dad has had direct deposit there for over 20 years. We've gotten several loans that all have been paid. Today we got denied a $300 because dad has a zero credit rating and one bad debt. We needed car repairs as we drive to Little Rock VA several times a month. My dad is a Vietnam Veteran. They would get the money before we even see it because it would come straight out of the account. Yet somehow that was not good enough. It was $300 not to mention they are closed Saturday.. Very disappointed. Weren't very nice, kind of snappy and rude, we weren't treated very well.The CEO made the final decision to deny the $300 loan. We only would have got $220 because I believe they take the interest out of the money they loan you. Anyway, it's okay, God always provides. The tellers are fantastic.
