First off State Farm price gauges targeted demographics from wealthy areas. Secondly when I asked Diane and people from her office to help find ways to help lower my cost they did absolutely nothing, like it wasn’t their job to provide customer service. All they care about is lining their pockets. Find other agents and insurance providers.

The Diana Kostal Agency was outstanding in saving me a TREMENDOUS amount of money in the area of car insurance as well as an umbrella policy this past year!!!
