We were helped by Becky. We had a rambunctious 13 month old with us while trying to get a quote and Becky was so patient and kind. My son went from being upset to being happy and manageable. Becky let him roam and explore her office while we get everything set up. My son started getting upset near the end and she talked to him and made some happy faces. I felt so comfortable. Not once did we feel rushed or that anyone was annoyed with us. I wish I could give Becky 10 stars. We got a great policy! Becky explained everything and made suggestions on what we could do without. We didn’t feel like it was all about squeezing us for money. I absolutely recommend State Farm.

If you are looking for an agent that is perceptive to your needs, this is not the place to go. Had insurance with this agency for over 2 years was never able to meet Dick Randolph in person, not even sure if he exists. The customer service at this agency is lacking which is quite sad as it was superb when I first started with this insurance company. Moving to an agency where the agent is actually in house.
