If I could give 0 stars I would. They are refusing to remove my name off a lease that is 2 years old and ALL contact info is wrong. I don't even live in the city that they falsely have my name on a lease and will be seeking legal action. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and State department of real estate. I am sure they do this to everyone because nobody likes to speak up and people are scared.

I wish this wasn’t the case, however my experience here this afternoon was terrible! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Melanie, all due respect.. you should definitely consider retirement, think the “Karen” I seen in you might be beyond just needing a vacation.

I recently put in a application online for a house that is still on the website as available. I was called back the next day, we spoke briefly over the phone about viewing times (in which the woman on the other end was rude) but the call still ended on good terms.

My next step was to come down to their office, which I did fresh off of work to talk with someone more in depth about the home for rent but was instantly racially profiled.
The doors were locked to the office even though the sign on the door says open, I was talked to through the glass doors. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The woman who came to the glass doors had a instant attitude and did not even greet me but instead said “yes, what do you want” not hello may I help you. I said I want to know more information about 801 Clinton.. her reply “it’s already been approved” even though it’s still advertised online.

I didn’t even bother to tell her I just spoke with them a day before about the house because a quick thought went through my head.. “why would I even rent from a company like this”.. Nah I’ll find something better for me and my kids

Tried applying at this place 3 times on different properties and me and my partner have a good income of 3xs more the asking rent and always a let down, feel like Its just a waste of time now because the "owner" doesn't approve and yet keep posting the same ad over and over on Craigslist because the property would still be available. They never call you back and when you walk into the office its like your bothering them. Rude!!

Applied in July 2020. Office workers didn't seem to know much about the apartment and seemed confused about the application process. After I was approved, they increased the deposit amount without explanation and demanded that I send a deposit without showing a rental agreement. It sounded like a scam so I declined. If it is a real business, I doubt they would be attentive to the needs to tenants.

I haven't had an issue at all with this company. I guess its just the way you are as a person, and how you rub off during a conversation. You have to give respect to earn it. Kinda disturbing how many people are mad because they didn't try hard enough to get the house they want. I have a great relationship with Kris and heather and dick stepken and his son are great people. I rate 5 stars for the hard work they do everyday to maintain all the properties and doing the best they can with what they have. Good job guys keep it up!

This was my second time applying to a
property with this company's. 1st time I was never given a call back.2nd time I was called and asked to answer questions that were answered on the pre application. Then told if approved to view they would call me back.. I decided to call back and was told well once you apply if your approved for a viewing you will get a call, so I stated I did get the call, and the receptionist HEATHER said well I told you I would call you back if you are approved , I stated OK. she mutters and says well the owners said NO.... I personally think the company is Profiling future residents and making judgement of characters without encountering a person personally...I defitnately have more than enough income for rent at 1025... HORRIBLE BUSINESS

They won't accept partial early payments because it's inconvenient for them. We always paid our rent early and the way we get paid makes it easier to pay early in partial payments but it's not about what's convenient for the renter. It's what's convenient for the owner and property manager.
