I just want to say that Brandalin Thomas at the Pell City, Alabama office is absolutely amazing! She was beyond helpful and super sweet! In my opinion this wonderful woman deserves a raise! She did everything she could possibly do to make sure I got taken care of with my payment and I could not be more thankful for her consistency in helping me. Tammy Prentiss in Pell City Alabama was awesome. It has been a while since I've had my own car & I recently got a car & needed insurance. Tammy was very helpful, non judgemental & I was actually happy to be there. I recommend that this is the place you should go to get insurance. My mom has been using them for a while & says everyone is nice in there. Tammy really seemed to like her job & it's so nice and refreshing to have an actual person to talk to that understands customer service.
