I have literally been coming to this bank and turning my change in since I was a kid I’m 39 years old. This old lady just had a tantrum threw her hand on the table said it’s 10%. Do you want to do it or not rudest lady I’ve ever been involved with.at a bank place is a joke at least she is rude very rude. and no one has ever charged me nothing in 20 years coming here. now she has Been gone 15 minutes I still haven’t got my money from my change

My rating is solely based on my experience with the mortgage/lending team, not the Personal Banking (no account there).

If you are in the market for a refinance or a new home mortgage, don't hesitate to work with DMB. Bobbi Jo and her team are fantastic from an education and service perspective, as well as their rates and fees. We went to Bobbi Jo on a referral from a friend and she will be our first call if/when it is time to change homes again.

The employees are fine but the bank is out of date, no tap to pay, not compatible with a lot of services like plaid, and the app is pretty bad.

Bank customers must be treated more professionally than the shareholders! This is the SECOND time in three years (maybe 2) that our dividend check has been refused by our bank since the routing numbers are not included on the check. Once was unacceptable -- after all, this is a bank!!! But twice? My great grandfather was one of the founders of the bank, so the family has been shareholders for forever......love being a shareholder, but I wouldn't trust my banking experience to this organization!

I usually have a great experience here... Until somebody signed my account over to my parents WITHOUT me ever being notified or signing a waver. Somebody changed my pin, I called, and well - seems a lot like they don't care. I went in to explain that they needed to "give me back my account" and that NOBODY contacted me before signing over my account WIHOUT MY CONSENT and that my parents had been stealing from me. The woman at the counter SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. As far as I'm concerned DMB is the WORST BANK EVER.
