BEWARE OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Liars liars liars! I bought a piece of jewelry from them, it turns out it was broken and the lock would open. They said they were going to fix it. I dropped it off brand new, went back days later just to find out they didn't do any repairs, However, they stated it was fixed (not).
Talking to another customer there I came to find out she was experiencing a very similar issue and her necklace has been taken back twice already for repairs but they only pretend to repairs when in fact they don't do as they say.

Horrible experience. I attempted to get babys ears pierced like 5 times and every time I went the ONLY girl who pierces was on LUNCH. And she would go home after lunch. If you decide to go in make sure you have the exact time you’re going to walk in as well as call ahead or else they won’t know if she’s on LUNCH or not. Extremely unprofessional. Ever coming back .
