This company lacks professionalism, timely services, and reliability. I struggled from day when we were greeted to our rental with only one key and told to make more copies ourselves. The house was poorly kept up with when we arrived. To their credit, they did fix most things once I submitted a ton of requests. Their fixes were short term solutions that led to more problems. I imagine this cost both home owners and renters more money overall. While Emily was by far the best employee, the rest lacked in every department. I am grateful to no longer work with them.

Luke Rowand, has provided the best professional service to me as a tenant. For any needs especially emergencies e.g. Hot Water Heater failure. I can attest to the fact after interacting with many management professionals. He is the best in the business.

For the past five years, DRP Property Management in Leesburg has managed my townhouse in Virginia while I have resided in Texas. Their professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail are excellent and impeccable. It seems that you learn the most about people's true business practices when something goes wrong, and DRP Management was great to deal with when I had a difficult tenant. All inquiries and issues were promptly and courteously addressed, and I appreciated their attitude and support. Contracting with them is one of my best personal business decisions. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely professional. Have worked with them for over 5 years now and they have never let me down. I am a military member who is mostly stationed overseas, and even when I had flooding in my basement and I was in a low-communications situation (out to sea), they were able to communicate effectively and shepherd myself and my tenants through the entire mess. they have also been able to keep my property occupied near-continuously, with maybe a 2-week gap in 5 years, total. As a bonus, their website for payments and trouble-tickets is intuitive and has not gone down once. Cannot recommend enough.

DRP Property Management is an outstanding property management company! Period. They provide full turn-key services for their client / landlords — identify & vet tenants, process applications, negotiate leasing agreements, tenant check-in/out, perform prompt maintenance, arrange annual inspections, use technology to automate where appropriate, issue year-end tax reporting on time, etc. DRP is attentive and responsive to our tenants, which is our #1 hot button concern. Especially, since our goal is to ensure that our tenants have an excellent user / customer experience. DRP handle’s everything for us, which is important since we live and work overseas the last ~2 years. Lastly, the owner (Luke) has earned our implicit trust —- he takes ownership of things, communicates transparently, assembled a great operations team and, operates with integrity. And Hajera (our Property Manager) is absolutely phenomenal! She’s a consummate professional, keeps her promises, excellent communicator, and is hyper-focused on quality. She get’s things done the “right” way! And we absolutely love her. And DRP’s backoffice is awesome too!
