I'm active military 🎖️, stationed here in NoVA. The location is great and close to everything I need while living off base. The best part is, Steve the property manager has been very accommodating when it comes to my active duty life. He goes above and beyond to get things fixed and ensures that the complex stays clean and trash free. It is also super quiet with pretty awesome neighbors. Thanks again, Steve!

I am about to move in to this apartment in June and I cannot WAIT!!! Steve has been helping me with getting things arranged for my new apartment and he has gone above and beyond with his amazing customer service!! I cannot wait to live close to my best friend who has been in this complex for years, I always hoped to live here and it is finally happening!! 🙌 thank you so much Steve for all you do, both your current tenants that i know and (soon to be tenant) really really appreciate all of your hard work. These apartments are hidden gems. They are nicely located in a single-family home neighborhood. I love that there are only four buildings and not a sprawling complex of huge buildings. The property manager, Steve, is the best! He is responsive and communicates beautifully. He has excellent interpersonal skills that can't be taught and are perfectly suited for a property manager. Any issue or concern or comment I have brought to his attention has been promptly addressed and he has kept me informed of the status along the way. Tim, our maintenence professional, is exactly that, professional and proficient. It's lovely living in an apartment where you feel safe and know that Steve and Tim aren't only looking out for the property's best interest but the best interest of those who live there. Keep up the excellent and friendly service, gentlemen!!

Overall it's a decent apartment complex. It's pretty quiet for the most part however there are neighbors who blast rock n roll music at around 6:30pm everyday, stomping and dropping things every day and there are some who smoke marijuana. (You can smell it while walking through the stairways to your apartment - even though it's not allowed) The apartments are very affordable compared to others in the area, and you are right by the highway. Interior walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations depending on their voice level. Floors are also very creaky, but can't really complain for the price.

There is a tow company that drives through and tows cars for expired inspection and tags so make sure you have both up to date. I had moved in the same day I was getting my inspection sticker and my car was towed. It was $210 to retrieve my car. I also had a friend come visit and had no idea their tag was from March 2023. You can imagine the look on their face when we woke up the next morning and their car was gone.. Oh well lesson learned.

I have lived in two different apartments here in east gate, it is a quiet and safe area. Everyone is friendly, and the management is very responsive! Only con is that some of the apartments are out of date.
