Sandy has been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient in helping me navigating the whole account opening process. This is among the best banking experience I had. The manager Theo also gave great advices as I'm a nonresident alien. I highly recommend the bank over the others due to their CD rate is also higher.

Once my brother made the decision, she took us to Theo Tam, who then efficiently took care of the account opening process. Ms. Tung took care of the deposit process. At the end of the, he reminded us an option to make it easier for our family to manage the account. We are very happy and appreciative of the entire experience. Oh, and they spoke Mandarin with us, making things easier and warmer. I highly recommend this branch!
