Mondo and David are very hard working and friendly maintenance crew. They were very accommodating to my schedule to perform their maintenance duties. They scrubbed my apartments bathroom walls and David fixed our oven door.

This review is specifically for Mondo. Mondo, you are the best maintenance guy I've ever had at any apartment I've stayed at. Your cheerful, upbeat, and kind personality made me feel listened to and cared for. Thank you for your prompt service and great attitude

Edit: While Mondo was great, he did promise me that I wouldn't be charged for any damages as there weren't any when we did our final walk-through. I just received notice that they are charging me $125 after move out as well as May-Junes utility charges THAT I ALREADY PAID. I will be going back and updating this review with a significant amount of other negatives from my one year there, but I am at work and don't have the time right now. I will leave you with this. DO NOT RENT HERE! The company is extremely ruthless and does NOT find solutions for their residents' living arrangements if their upstairs neighbor is constantly pounding on the ceiling. This could have been a great place, just mismanaged

EDIT 2: Forget everything I praised Mondo for. Was just contacted by the apartment complex, and they told me the apartment was "beyond normal wear and tear." AFTER Mondo told me on his inspection that there were no damages to report. EVERYONE involved in this company are money hungry, lying, and insensitive jerks. Seriously, do NOT stay here. There are many more places in the area that offer better. Sure, it's nice to have a laundry machine in your apartment. Sure, it's cool to have a pool and a sauna, but it IS NOT WORTH IT

Man I must say I've came into only a couple issues over the years but last few times the maintenance Mondo has been on top of things and help me out quickly. He knows alot and I feel comfortable him fixing issues we have, which I mist say is hard to find these days. Much appreciated . Like my apartments and area overall

Maintenance Tech Michael Mcgee was really great! He came and got the job done quickly. We had a window in the kitchen that was not sliding correctly and now it slides smooth and easy!
