I spoke with Mitchell on the phone. He sounded hopeful, and told me where to come and fill out an application. There is a $20 fee as well. I called several times to check on it, and I know there's nothing in my background. I felt like he was avoiding me. Finally, he had the main office guy tell me they would be happy to rent us another one but not that one because we're disabled and they don't won't to be sued.
