I need to give this review to Patricia Malone at Edgar Jasper State Farm insurance! She assisted me with the situation that I was dealing with the manager at my apartment complex needing to add additional names to my policy. I was being threatened by my manager that she would be placing a three day notice if those changes weren't made. Those attempts were made by State Farm and Patricia jumped in and called underwriting and did everything she could so that I can get the additional names added in the situation with my apartment Management resolved! She went out of her way and did it in such a quick time frame that we didn't think would be possible. I have to thank her so much for the great assistance and understanding and the great work she did to assist me! Thank you, Patricia And State Farm!!!

I have had State Farm for many, many years. Actually when I first purchased my house. Their office is very close to my house with a quick drive. The staff is always polite and helpful. The owner knows his customers. I can call whenever I want, there will always be someone to respond to my questions. Great team of people.
