I would highly recommend Chris Fitzpatrick. Long story short last year around mid October I started to look for a place to relocate in DC area because of my new job. It turns out that my new company allowed me to renegotiate terms to continue to work, remote, therefore not having to be in DC at this time. Chris’s communication was outstanding throughout the 3 months we worked together to find a place for me that was affordable to rent. And even after all the hard work he had done in those three months, still treated me with total upmost respect when I told him that I was no longer needing to move to DC.
