I asked the manager to help us, she didn’t do nothing she said she was going to charge them but guessing by that she didn’t. I’m asking to manage this situation there’s time we could barely get to my car

Well over price on the I live in the second floor 4 years now on the third floor this people have dogs big dogs 3 and takes care off 2 more at night and day dragging stuff on the floor very loud noise the manager said he has permits for 2 dogs he said he has 3 plus takes cars off some else dogs but I guess the manager ignores or really don't know but think before you move in at this place

Size of the apartments is OK. Expensive for what you get, plus paying utilities. Worst thing is though is the utter infestation of cockroaches. Literally impossible to avoid and some apartments have bedbugs. Luckily mine doesn't but it's a possibility. They only have one maid and one maintenance worker so don't expect fast service for any problems. Pool is decent as long as it's clean which can be hit or miss. Honestly they don't seem to care about the people living here as long as they get paid.

Edit: they have since gotten new owners/management and removed the carpets and gotten rid of the roaches. The tenants often would still leave trash all over the place though.

This place is over price for what it is!!!! $1,450 a month plus some sort of tax free that comes out to 1,453.00 then they include a sewer bill that can range between$ 60 to$ 100 you also have to pay water and power and gas. The drive way in and out is so narrow you feel like you’re going to crash into someone. In order to get in and out of the apartment you have to use a key stick your hand out of your car window when it’s cold and raining. You also have to watch out for weirdo’s lurking around. I feel we should have a remote access for how much we pay there. The building is dirty and smelly and there is such an infestation of cockroaches it’s not even funny. I have called the office manager numerous times regarding this issue and they have ignored me. They make me feel like a bothering them and they are so snotty and rude. I am at my last straw. I have children and I feel I pay too damn much for this disgusting place to get ignored and treated like nothing. You need to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are going on are 2nd year there and yes just like every apartment building you do see roches as for my apartment having them I've seen them 3-4 times and take care of it right away. The managers are helpful and have worked with us. As for maintenance he is rude and seems lazy. I do agree with on getting a remote access gate but if not its probably safer in some way with a key. What I do recommend is getting another person to help our current cleaning lady, poor lady cleans after all the dirty people that live there and there kids by herself. It's not the worst place to live, I guess it just depends on how you maintain you living space. We are comfortable and feel safe.

Lived here for years. YEARS. From all the way back when I was in elementary school until I graduated high school. My parents couldn't see that a two bedroom apartment that cost about over 1,300 at the time was a bad idea for a family of 6. I'm glad I left for the army and that pretty much made them open their eyes about moving out. There were so many roaches that the management literally fumigated everyones units monthly. As for management, I've seen 3 managers come and go in as little as 6 months. This place used to be called Homewood Gardens Apartments. I thought that under the new name there would be better management and better renovations in the future but it looks like nothing has changed in the 2 years that I've been away from this place. Save your money and go live somewhere NICE and affordable.

When I gave this review a year ago it wasn't as bad as things have became. They have broke into my car, stole our clothes from the laundry room, and my car now has paint damage due to a leak the they took forever to fix. The managers does her job and is on top of things when brought to her attention. As for corporate they are terrible, I don't know how the people there are even considered professional. They are rude, don't know s***, and its pretty scary how they manage multiple buildings. They need a complaint to the BBB.

It’s been a long experience here but honestly has been making feel sad they have been throwing pepper flakes near and on some pile of cat food. Whoever has been doing this has no heart, that’s just sad this is not a way to deal with stray cats!
