Because of my lack of credit, it has been the ultimate challenge to purchase a car. Elevated Financial was willing to work with me and my challenges to get me into the car. Frontier Financial has helped me so much through the 9 or 10 years that I’ve been with them. They are very understanding of you can’t make your payment on time and as long as you get it in before the end of the month your good. They have helped me find at least 2 vehicles when my other car broke down and have given me a few small loans on top of my loan that I’m already paying on. I can’t rave enough how grateful I am to them. Thank you for always being there when I needed you the most.

Was told they couldn't help me because of .... credit but here my problem they never ran my credit I keep a close eye on my credit to know when their is a inquiry and the voicemail I was left you could tell was a lie not very good business practice and try not being extremely rude when leaving a voicemail and when you give a reason don't lie to people.

After taking numerous loans through this company they have proceeded to serve me with papers today. All because I didn't answer their calls during what I already told them were work hours (and stated I did not want calls during these hours). The payment was two weeks past due and I acknowledge that. They will call you during work hours even after telling them as well as call you off of other numbers. They will threaten you with court over the phone if you are a bit late. Damn near 3 years of multiple loans, and I will never be back because the way they feel they can treat someone that has paid off EVERY single loan I've ever got from them!! They blantenly ignored my requests for no communication to my phone during certain hours and have served me because I didn't answer their calls. This company cares little about recurring customers or the rights of their customers. Stay far away.

Frontier Financial is one of the most helpful and professional companies I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. They help me each and every time I've had a problem or a question. They've worked with me when I was going to be late. I got screwed by the douche bag who sold me the car, however being able to transfer the loan to FF and deal with those awesome ladies almost made up for the lemon* I was handed. (*Paradise Auto - should be Hell's Autos)
