A horrible experience that left my family completely and utterly dissatisfied with this whole encounter. My daughter was a first time home buyer and relied upon the agent to help her and provide guidance throughout the entire process. The agent Kimberly Apland was not the right agent. Without going into futher detail, I will only say Kimberly lacks communication skills, intergry, and honesty. Anyone looking to purchase a home in the future, steer clear of Kimberly Apland.
The only reason I selected one star is because there was no option for a lower rating. There are unresolved issues relating to the purchase. It is obvious that that Kimberly only cares about collecting a commission with total disregard for her client.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience working with Elite Real Estate! We worked most directly with Stephanie and Donald, however everyone we encountered at the office was super friendly and helpful. It can be easy to feel pressure to buy and stress working with realtors, especially with a first home, when you don’t know what to expect. However that was not the case here. It was very apparent that Donald and Stephanie cared much more about our experience and us not getting in over our heads than they did about a commission. They gave us advice that they would have wanted to know the first time they bought a home. We have learned an incredible amount from them and know that we will want to use their services in the future for all and any home or property purchases. Additionally they helped close friends of ours find their first home, which was a great experience for them as well. Ultimately we cannot recommend Elite Real Estate Group and Stephanie and Donald enough! Thank you!

Cory and his team were with me every step of the way, and made the entire process as seem easy and stress free. I appreciated the fact that early morning or late evening they were always a call or text away and understood my needs. If I ever buy again, they will be my choice, and if anyone ever ask me who they should use, Cory and Elite Real Estate is who I will recommend!!!
